Ingredients
1 package (12 qty) Kings Hawaiian Rolls ; You can find them at the deli
12 slices Swiss Cheese
1/2 pound thin sliced ham ; Virginia Brand at Deli is best – make sure its chipped
1/2 cup Butter ; melted
1 teaspoon Ground mustard
1 teaspoon Poppy Seeds ; optional
1 teaspoon Onion powder
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Garlic powder ; optional

Directions
Slice all the rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a 9 x 13 in. baking dish

Plan ham and cheese on the bottom of the sliced rolls

Cover with the top half of the roll

Mix together the remaining ingredients in a small bowl and spoon over the tops of the sandwiches

Let sit overnight or a couple of hours in the fridge

Bake in a pre-heated oven at 350(F) for 15 minutes or until warmed through and the cheese is gooey and melty

Slice rolls

Title Beef and Beer Casserole

Yield 3-4 servings

Ingredients
600g diced beef
1x carrot peeled and chopped (if you would like like to turn this into a pie its best to grate)
2-3 small mushrooms diced
1x brown onion peeled and diced
1/2 cup corn flour
4tbs tomato sauce
2tbs Worcestershire sauce
1x cup of beer
2x cups of beef stock
1tsp thyme
1tsp parsley
3tsp minced garlic
2x bay leaves
Salt and pepper
2tbs oil
Your favourite gravy powder (I like using Gravox Brown Onion gravy)

Directions
Coat beef with corn flour and using a sauté pan with a little oil cook in batches, you just want to brown the beef slightly.
Place all ingredients in your slow cooker and cook for 6-8 hours on low or until beef is really tender.
When your beef is almost ready thicken it with gravy powder. Use 3tsps of gravy powder and mix it with 3tbs of water pour it in your slow cooker mix well and repeat till sauce is lovely and thick.
Take the bay leaves out of your slow cooker and then your dish is ready serve. I love mine served with a good mashed potato.
Even if you don’t like beer (like me) you will enjoy this dish. The beer flavour is very subtle and it helps makes your beef extra tender. Chose a beer that you can tolerate the flavour of if you can, I like using Cascade Draught or Pure Blonde. Crock potPeaches and cream Dump cake

21 ounce can peaches pie filling

1box White cake mix

1/2 cup butter melted

8oz. Cream cheese
1/2 Cup sugar

And a bowl mix together your cream cheese sugar until smooth,set aside.

2 pour your pie filling in the bottom of your Crock-Pot.
3top with your cream cheese mixture.

4Sprinkle your dry cake mix on top of your cream cheese mixture.
5pour your mixtures butter evernly over the top.
6place paper towels between your lid  and the top of your Crock-Pot.
7cover and Cook on high for 1-2 hour

Ground beef country casserole together as family

1 bag Wild egg noodle

1 lb ground beef

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 can10 ounces condense tomato soup

1 can10 ounces golden mushroom soup

1cup 2% whole milk

2 tablespoon dried Minecd  onion

2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1 Cup cheese

Heat oven2 350 degrees
Spray a 9x13baking dish with cooking spray.
cook Noodle2 according2Package.

While  noodles are cooking Brown ground beef with salt and a

skillet 0oven medium high heat drain in a large mixing bowl

stir Togetherthe tomato soup,gold mushroom soup,

milk,onion flakes,Worcestershire sauce,pepper,and garlic powder

Add the cook ground beef and cook drained egg Noodles

Stir together

pour into your prepared dish and sprinke the cheese on top

bake for25minutes And take out let cook
